Pan Control and Waves Plug-Ins

I don't know if this has been asked for in another thread or not since a search didn't turn up anything so here goes...

First, I would really like to see some way to enter precise pan adjustments. I use an M-Audio ProjectMix and the Pan control in Reaper doesn't move in 1 click increments when using the control surface. I see the same behavior when I use the on-screen sliders with a mouse. Maybe fix it so double-clicking the pan setting would allow you to type in an exact value.

Second, Reaper doesn't see the VST instance of my Waves plug-ins. The DirectX instance is listed however.

Overall, Reaper rocks. These are just a couple of things on my wish list.

Same here, it hangs when scanning the folder...once you click again, it seems to totally bypass it. DX works though.

I too had problems with Waves VSTs in Reaper. Reaper loaded the VST versions but would always lock up after a few minutes. So now I use the DX versions and they seem fine.
