Go to Settings> Device> Hard Synth set to input and output, recording is fine. The reaper successfully sends the midi, and the hard synth also receives the midi.
The problem is that the tone does not change.
Actually, this is possible with qtracter. When you change the timbre with a hard synth, the signal from the midi changes immediately.
