Default Auto colouring the parent's fader.

Not sure if it is already in Reaper 6, but if not, it will be great to auto colouring every time you create the parent track or VCA track. I checked the Auto Colour section, but it doesn't provide the colour of the fader. Of course, I can change it manually, but it will be convenient.

In SWS, there's the possibility to instantiate mcp/tcp layouts depending on things like child/parent tracks, track names, etc. Very useful. But you need to have your theme layouts in order, fader colors and all, for this to work.

I showed this on a stream recently.

I'm making the fader red if record armed. Fader colors are separate image files and they need to be in separate folders inside the theme and defined as a layout in rtconfig
I'm using SWS Autocolor to change the track layout
