Default Place on here for reviews of Free Plugins

I am looking for a forum on the forums here that reviews to at least has suggestions on good free plugins to try. I am looking for natural sounding instruments, nothing too synthy, although I will need to learn how to manipulate synth plugins, too but for now, needs sounds that require minimal to no tweaking. Got any info, huh, do ya?
Thanks.

You might have more luck on Gearslutz, since it isn't restricted to the user base of a single DAW.

Gearslutz and free or low cost plugins?, Methinks the bias will be strongly against anything that doesn't involve remortgaging your home.

Try KVR.

Wrong. If you look through it, you are in for a surprise. I assumed the same as you but found some good reviews in the Budget department!

Nobody mentioning places like Bedroom Producer`s Blog?

Oh okay, just personal prejudice based on the attitudes of the posts I've read on there over the years I guess.

I will check it out again.

I recommend setting a limit on the number of free plugins you allow yourself to download per day (three is a nice number).... otherwise, you will spend your life downloading and installing. Don't forget to make some music once in a while!
