Default add "fade in" and "fade out" checkbox to batch converter

while doing batch conversion, there's no way to make sure that the resulting files start and end at -inf. (thus, audible clicks may occur at the start and/or at the end of the files). Often, the files selected for batch conversion don't have any fade-in or fade-out yet when they are getting processed. No fx plugin that may be part of an included FX chain can add a fade in or fade out on-the-fly.

It would be great to have a "fade in" and a "fade out" checkbox (adjustable fade time, 0 to 20 ms each, post custom fx-chain) in batch converter to ensure that the resulting files won't produce clicks.
