Send OSC message to X32?

Is there a way to send an OSC message to my X32 mixer?
This is a reapeat (ha, I'm spelling everything with rea...)post from the oscii-bot thread.

I need a way to send

/config/routing/routswitch ,t
or
-- toggle between the below 
/config/routing/routswitch ,i 0
and 
/config/routing/routswitch ,i 1

I am hoping to do it with a .lua script, if possible.
I did find this

but I don't know if that will integrate with reaper api (if I am using the correct terminology)?
I have no idea how to implement that.
