You might want to double-check your history on that one.

AWESOME WT!!!
Say... is there a way to scroll through the layouts using your keyboard? There's a ton of mixer layers (all EXTREMELY Cool) and to be able to scroll through them using your keyboard would be AWESOME!
Also, how do I get the Track Panel to have that nice 3D look as the Master Track Panel? This theme is still a work in progress correct?
Thanks!

I waited a long while for Imperial, which I am still using. I can wait for the next version, as I suspect I will be using it for a long while also.
I love that WT does not compromise quality.

Yea Stockholm is perfect for v6 default, but they are all sexy as hell and should ship with Reaper. Kind of insane the amount of work that goes into a high quality theme....probably why most other themes just recombine and tweak elements from the existing WT stuff.

Sorta. Select the tracks, open Screensets/Layouts window, go to Layouts tab, click the dropdown next to "selected track [mixer] panel" and now you can use up/down arrows on the keyboard to cycle through the options.

It's nothing against WT and his work, it's fabulous what he does! But I like the other designs a ton more than that stockholm thing.

Yea I actually like other ones better as well, but it just strikes me as very "modern" and slick. Seems fitting (and I do actually like it). V5 default theme I didn't like much at all, but I still think it was the most appropriate one for default. I guess a sleek, minimal UI just says "default" to me for some reason? More stylized ones like Imperial by contrast seem more suited to personal taste.

I personally like the way it is now...I would like to have the default REAPER 5.62 TCP just the way it is now and have the WT Imperial 5 mixer options as a plus.
Thats how I have it set up now.
Just my opinion
And obviously cant wait to see the completed WT Imperial 5 TCP options completed.

There's a download link in the first post for this work in progress version....you may not find everything you see posted in the thread included.
The original Imperial which is more complete has it's own page:
http://www.houseofwhitetie.com/reape..._imperial.html
There are also various user edits available on the stash (resources page)

Anyone know the last time this was updated ? Has it been abandoned ? Such an amazing theme that it makes me sad that it's appearing to die a slow death and never have a life.

Aye-the suspense and drama is almost like an episode of eastenders or something spectacular like that-- maybe if everybody gathers together, with picks, spades and super loud megaphones>> and keeps chanting the name of whitetie -then the news will finally arrive!! ok -so after bar1 we all jump in...ready??
"wt imperial v5"wt imperial v5" "wt imperial v5" "wt imperial v5" "wt imperial v5"
perhaps if it's reapeated 5 times daily as a mantra-it will magically appear. > otherwise--keep bumping the thread to make it not dead mighta said fred. =)

It's not the delay, it's the lack of communication. The adult thing to say is:
1. It's not gonna happen, sorry.
2. I'm 1 year away still.
3. It's done but I'm charging for it.

...or even better, putting it in fluent Tuscany slang:
"...oh bischero d'un Michelangiolo, 'un fa' bischerate, via!
Lo vo' tu finire codesto soffitto o no, Maremma maialona?!?"

Year report-"this year whitetie started off well, but has been distracted by other pupils so much that his work is well below previous high standards..whitetie is a bright and much liked member of the class, and can perform well when focused on given tasks. We would like to see whitetie do much better this year and pass the end of year exam with flying colours! No point doing something-if not done 'right'-right? so who decides what is right?
This is a sad reflection to some of todays peoples-- chat_a_lot_but_not_do_a_lot.
Would rather these types stay quiet >to avoid further disappointments.
BSC's as we like to call them in the game.

This is a real classy theme...maybe he should put up a donation link so we can show him how much we appreciate the amount of work that has gone into this. And we would really like to see this theme completed.
Just a thought

In all seriousness I predict this will be released alongside Reaper 6. My guess is that version 6 will have some more crazy WALTER stuff that will allow WT to do more things. I have no inside information, but I have to imagine his silence on this is for a good reason.

What difference does speculation make? There's a good chance I'm wrong and either way it doesn't affect our day to day lives. It's all in fun, dude.

Speculation is often treated as fact and then confuses actual facts creating alternative facts and that results in idiots running our country.
If White Tie won't speak then there is no information and just an orphaned theme.

I'm ready to adopt this orphan
Feed the children of the world, not starve them eh.
A v.5 theme would appear out of place in a v.6 update....right? it's getting closer each day.

This is amazing!! Its really really beautiful.
The tcp is the best I have ever seen by far. The few things that are "missing" I actually find to be excellent features that make my eyes rest (the lack of indentation in folders or the flatness of the track pannels, for example).
I'd like to suggest a layout for the MCP and didn't want to come empty handed so here is a... sample? (attached)
No record in/out, just because I really don't use those often at all.
No pan knob. It saves an enormous amount of space and once panning is set there is not that much use for them...
I loved the in/out and routing buttons at the bottom so those two elements are in...
Monitoring and record arm...
And than above that just fx. Maybe one of those red meters. And for sure a clipping light.
Now... I don't actually think WT will do such a layout (he loves pan knobs, apparently) nor do I have any clue on how to do it other than in photoshop so I'm asking... is there any way that could be done? Editing the theme somehow?
And if not... is it possible to get that TCP-playlist look on other themes? Copying and pasting from the rtconfig.txt or something?
Thanks!
