EEL : Create regions from selected takes and from track name

Hi !

Just wanted to make a powerful version of SWS:Created regions from selected items (name by active take).

I use some tricks from gofer and sp77 on this thread (thank you again guys => ReaScript : user inputs possibilities.
I aslo the new EEL : Console debug messages.
