Default MT Powerdrum over dubbing

Hello Folks,

I'm new to midi drums.

I'm using Powerdrum as my kit plugin.

It is currently set up to put all midi inputs onto one track.

This has been fine while I am writing simple parts into the midi editor.

I would like to to use my midi keyboiard and write in parts.

Typically on my old drum machine I would set up a loop of 2 or 4 bars.

play in the bass drum part.

then over dub the snare etc

When I try this in Powerdrum each take replaces the previous one.
Obviously I've missed something in settings. can anyone point me in the right direction?

Right click on the "Arm" button and select "Record: MIDI overdub/replace>Record: MIDI overdub".

I pretty much play all my midi from my midi keyboard and I like Track Based Midi. So I start of with an
"empty midi item the full length of the song" on each midi track. I also have my Midi Editor open while I'm recording
so I can edit as I go.

Thanks for the suggestions.

Tod's "right click on the arm button was exactly what I needed."
