Can't register UJAM-PlugIns

Hello,
a few days ago I bought plugins from UJAM. After installation a pop up window opens with a authorization request. 2 things are needed: my emailaddress and password. Now the issue, its impossible to type in the "@" symbol for a correct emailaddress. I've tried different ways to to copy/past with no results.

Maybe I should completely uninstall Reaper - are there any hidden preferences etc.?

With Garageband there was no problem

You could try this.

FX Chain -> right click plugin name -> "send all keyboard input to plug-in"

Otherwise if you know it works in Garageband then just register them in Garageband.
