I'll try to give some hints. Basically the different markers are used for different purposes:
Project Markers: for marking different sections in a project (like, for instance intro, verse, chorus, etc):
Stretch Markers (for stretching audio):

Groove Markers
I only had a quick look at this (haven't used them myself, so far), but it seems like there are some Groove Marker related Actions available in the Action List (shown at around 0:44 in the video):

You can, for instance, try something like this:
- Open the Groove Tool via the Extensions menu
- Apply a Groove to a selected MIDI item
- Use SWS/FNG: Get groove from selected media items from the Action List
- Use one of the SWS/FNG: Toggle groove markers Actions to show/hide the Groove Markers
But I couldn't find much info about the Groove Markers itself, either.
