Is /ReaperPath/ for themes the program folder or some other folder?

Is /ReaperPath/ for themes the program folder or some other folder?

Particularly because I'm installing CubicPack and I got confused, what folder should I put the files to since I found two destinations having the needed folders.

\Program Files\Reaper(x64)\InstallData

and

C:\Users\me\AppData\Roaming\REAPER

Both folders seem to have ColorThemes as well as the other folders.

Upon putting the files to

\ProgramFiles\Reaper(x64)\InstallData

I cannot see the theme in Reaper. So perhaps this is the wrong folder to put the files to?

Put them in
C:\Users\me\AppData\Roaming\REAPER\Themes
or even easier: just drag the .ReaperThemeZip file into REAPER's arrange view.

"InstallData" is used only during installation, as far as I know. Why it is not tidied up at the end of the installation process is a mystery to me.
