Default Only loading active project at startup?

I have several projects in my tabs open, so it takes Reaper quite a time at startup.
Is there a way to only load the active project (besides closing all the background projects ;-) )

In Preferences/General, Startup settings; Open project(s) on startup: Last active project.

Correct, but this closes them all.
I meant the tabs being there, but just only loaded when you click them the first time.

Do you mean that you actually want all of the currently open project tabs to open at startup, but only the selected (active) one loads all the stuff in there? And the other tabs are kinda like place holders, until you click their tabs to load their stuff in?

AFAIK, Recent projects list is closest to that idea, but it won't let you open the projects to new tabs.
