Default Waves plug-in issue. Anyone else?

I have been having trouble getting a newly-purchased API compressor from Waves to show up in Reaper. After purchase, I had to update my Waves Central on my computer to current version, then was able to access my account and install the API. It just doesn't show up on the list of available FX.

I've cleared the cache and re-scanned twice. I can see the dll for the compressor, along with the other Waves products, but Reaper won't load the API for some reason.

The Waves products I've previously bought are somewhat buggy in that the presets often won't load, but the plug-ins themselves load and generally work as they're supposed to. Any suggestions would be appreciated and I'd be glad to buy you a beer the next time you're in Austin if you've got the solution.

Thanks.
