Inquasar Dark Matter v.1.0
this:
https://stash.reaper.fm/theme/2115/I...ReaperThemeZip
Inquasar! Performed in dark tones, with the pre-exposure of cyan and greenish blue colors. Initially the task is set to transform the standard Reaper interface, maximally retaining the position and functionality of all interaction elements. Adding in this a modern shade, and all this style.
Specially designed for long nights and long days.
Added some new elements that you did not find in the standard design. Also there are exclusive models for the mixer. Few color for bus channels, several for sends and effects. And also two experimental.
Try it out in your environment if you were looking for a dark almost standard, smart theme.
I also add a link to the original dark stuff, with icons for toolbars, tracks, and boot screen: http://www.mediafire.com/file/w06fxa...Dark_Stuff.zip
(I tried to download everything into one archive for a stash, but for some reason he deleted the preloaded content, and wrote that this file does not exist.)
In the future I plan to make the entire standard set of icons for the style of this theme, in addition to exclusive.
Do not forget to rate it, and stay tuned.
The space is waiting.
Inpefessurum MMXVIII
You can also support me with a voluntary donats, this is painstaking work!

Man, I really, really like this. I usually go for lighter themes, but this is super evocative and mysterious. Thank you for it! This is excellent work.
(I'm yet to try the add-on things but I'm sure they're also good)

Thank you all! I'm glad that it starts to take root, this means that I did not waste time in vain. I agree, hydra is excellent !. I even borrowed a couple of faders from there). But I wanted to get something close to the standard. Thanks again!

This looks great!
How do you use the buss marked faders? I'd love a visual marker to show which tracks are busses

Thanks Man! The use of marked tracks for buss is not available in the standard version, but I added them! you need to right-click on the track and in the context menu navigate to the appropriate line "Track Layout" and select a specific layout. You can also use the "View\Screensets\layouts" window (ctrl+e) in the tab "layout" where you can change these options. I also included markings for sends and effects.

Wow. This thing is Awesome! Great work. If I could humbly suggest a small change in that the selected track is very hard to distinguish between the other tracks. The selected track doesn't stand out very well and it's hard to identify. I look forward to using this theme. Thanks again.

as to of highlighting tracks, I thought about it. But even in a different way) I wanted to make the selections with a softer emphasis. At the moment, there is a complete overlap of the background, to a lighter one, perhaps with colored tracks it's not so noticeable? can make a frame around, or something like that

I had the same problem uploading some large themes to the stash, but I found a workaround. Upload a small file first, and then replace it with the too-large file and it will work.
This is a nice, slick looking theme.

and it happened. I downloaded one theme (little), then I tried to replace it with an archive.zip, after which the stash removed the theme file and archive, and for several minutes claimed that it does not exist. In the end, I upload the topic separately, again, just attaching a link, for the second time. but I think this is not a problem. the main material is in place. except that the logo for the boot screen in link.
(secret: it is also present inside .ReaperThemeZip "Reaper Logo.png"))
p.s: I also do not fully understand how to correctly attach screenshots of a large resolution, directly here on the forum. The loader complains about the size, even if it's sent via an external link.

I don't understand that either. Sometimes I see people post billboard sized pics that stretch out the pages and when I try to post a screen shot I have to crop it to almost invisible because of file limit size. I don't get it.

Usually bigger screenshots are uploaded to external image hosters like, for instance, imgur.com.
And the corresponding image link can then be added between [img] <insert image link here> [/img] tags in a post to display it directly.

Think I'll be sticking with this for the time being; I really, really like it.
Thanks so much for this gift! It is very, very generous!
I've added a few of the pngs to the VIP inspector theme if anybody wants a copy to save them the bother? Haven't converted everything as the spacing goes bananas on some of the buttons.
Fader/mute and stuff.
Not that it would save you much time!

After I spend some time with this theme I fell in love. One of the best. Very inspiring and not overwhelmed like the others. Thi is how the default theme should look like. IVL Nørdum is genius.

Loving this theme so far, well done!
Is there a way to change the color of the "scrubber" if that is the right word? The little line that keeps your place in the arrange view when a track is playing. I would like to make it lighter so it is easier to see against all the darker background objects.
Thanks

Cursor?
Yes, agreed. A lighter cursor would make this about perfect. It's been my default for a while now.

OK, for whatever reason, this Play Cursor edit is not working well for me. I changed it to white, and it is suddenly invisible. I was able to revert back to the default theme, but it is strange that it becomes totally invisible.
Perhaps I can change it to that same neon blue color that some of the other theme elements are. Is there a way to change the stacking order or opacity of the play cursor? Any idea what I might be doing wrong?
UPDATE: the color change apparently is working. Just thinking maybe it is a stackign order issue, as it just is not standing out like i would want it to.
Here's what I get:

Figured it out. Just have to change the color mode and adjust the values where it says "Multiply" in the screenshot.
I can see now

Hey Myk
So what did you come up with for play cursor settings in the theme tweaker? I decided I don't like the black color it is now.

The RGB value i used is Red: 0 Green: 255 Blue: 255
I set the blend mode to Normal with an alpha value of 0.50
This gave me a nice neon blue play cursor that works well with the theme. Its the same blue that the buttons in the tool bar display when engaged.

This theme is awesome, from the screenshots posted I wasn't so sure I'd like it but when I tested it I love it! Especially cool is how visible the selected track is in the TCP. Most themes never seem to make this clear enough so it stands out. I too am a big fan of Hydra but I like this possibly even more because it keeps in line with the Reaper standard design but is much nicer being dark. I've tweaked a few things like the track name text wasn't big enough for me. Very pleased with it so massive thanks!

Hi,
When I choose a color for a track, I find a little to pale for me. I'm very colorblind and I want more strong colors. Can I change that in rtconfig file?
Brilliant theme

You would need to edit the opacity of the image tcp_bg.png and mcp_bg.png when you extract the ReaperThemeZip, specifically the gray part of each image.

With all the same top 10 themes being bumped daily (no knock, all well-deserved), I felt Inquasar Dark Matter was due a solid bumping.
Still my main, go-to theme, and hope to see future updates.
Thank you IVL Nørdum
