The Music Notation page hast started the following.... When I alter note position in Bar 1 or delete a note, it's doing the same in Bar 3 don't seem to be able to stop the problem. Reinstalled Reaper thought it was a crash but that did'nt work.

Did you make your midi part longer with the 'loop item source' on?
Because then it will do that, it will, once a note is selected, select all of them in the other ones 'as being a loop copy' of the first instance.
