Reaper update question

I keep getting messages when I open Reaper that an update is available and when I click on take me to download page there is nothing on that page to indicate version update. Do I just click on and install the latest full version. Reaper should clarify this on this page as in the software world updates are normally thought of as separate from full version installs. Even if they are the same thing it would help if it was clarified on this page. I ended up closing out of it because I was not sure what to do.

You just need to d/l a new installation file and start it. (Beware that you need to pay for an updated to a version # two full steps higher that yours.)
