optimize system - what do you suggest

hi - i edit on avid media composer and ptle, whenever i put together a new system, i go through the avid/digi readme and tweak my system as suggested

is there a list of todos in order to max a pc for reaper - and, what tweaks do you find useful

I asked about this very thing recently in another thread.

I was told that due to Reaper's incredibly small hit on a system's resources, tweaks are not required.
