Default Issues with The Mangle (64bit and 32bit) (SOLVED)

Hi,

I am having issues with both versions of 'The Mangle', a granulator VSTi that runs just flawlessly (64bit version) in Ableton 9 Live Lite which I've only installed as some sort of test platform for such issues.
In Reaper (5.62 x64, Win 8.1) both versions of the plugin behave pretty sluggish, slowing all sorts of operations down - opening and closing FX windows, bypassing any other effects via checkbox in the FX window, even if I don't have any other FX running and I get frequent 'not responding' warnings pretty much whenever I change a track or any parameter in 'The Mangle', even though it's not much of a hog and there are plenty of resources (CPU/Ram) left.
I've been using reaper for about three years now for almost anything, and the vast majority of my instruments and FX (hundreds) works just flawlessly but I'd love to see this wonderful instruments working just as trouble free.

Any idea/help much appreciated!

Thanks, all issues solved; everything runs as it should now - I guess a couple restarts over the last few days did the trick.
