Default Reaper crash when updating packages in Reapack

When updating Reapack's packages, after the last one downloaded, Reaper crashed.

Crash Report:

https://stash.reaper.fm/35030/Reaper...h%20report.txt

Now, Reaper crashes immediately upon opening. I've never had that before. I can't even remember the last time Reaper crashed.

Background:

OSX 10.11.6
Reaper 5.93.0 (64 bit)
Ultraschall 3.1

Should I start by updating to the latest Reaper?

EDIT: strange. On the third try, I got a message box from OSX that Reaper quit unexpectedly. But it offered opening Reaper with no windows. Apparently, the project doesn't get loaded. That worked...

Reaper reported it crashed on the project. When I opened that, it just opened it...

And now, synchronise packages just works. The project is empty. There wasn''t much in it, so it's not a problem. WTF?

The weirdness continues. Decided to update to Reaper 5.963/64. That opened, but:

The following MIDI inputs could not be opened:
OSCulator Out
Ultraschall-Midi
KORG INC. - nanoPAD2 - PAD
MyUSB_HID - MIDI 8
Hercules - DJ Control MP3 e2 - Port 1
The following MIDI outputs could not be opened:
OSCulator In (8000)
Ultraschall-Midi

I've never had a Nanopad, nor a DJ Control. In fact, I've never used MIDI on this machine.

There was a change introduced around this version how Reaper handles (not found) MIDI devices.
I don't know where these entries come from if you say you never used these devices, but in short, if you Preferences -> MIDI devices, rightclick these entries -> Forget device you should be ok I think.

Thanks, Nofish. That's what I did.

And sorry for posting in the wrong place. This was going to be a question about Lua, but I got completely sidetracked and confused.

Don't know what happened. But consider this one fixed. On to the next one!
