Cannot see any devices in MIDI Settings

Hi,
I am trying to connect my DAW controller (Behringer X-Touch One).
I have previously used it on my old laptop with no issues whatsoever.

There seems to be a problem with my MIDI Hardware Settings (there is no
device I can enable).

Not too much of an expert on this.

“Not present” on the output devices seems to indicate to me that they were working at one time? Strange there are no input devices.

Seems to me there is an os issue with these devices or a usb issue? I assume resetting midi devices did nothing.

I would probably uninstall and reinstall the device/drivers one at a time…
