Default How do you use MIDI Event List?

Hello

What title says. I almost never use it except for finding rogue events like that pesky cc that randomly came out from my controller.

Does someone make some more substantial use of it? If so, how? I’m curious

Most of the time I work in the piano window and rarely use event lists unless I need to make some precise CC modifications.

Yeah, that's basically it. Or if you need to see poly aftertouch, since there is no CC lane for it.

In GM midi files there's often a bunch of messages at the beginning for each channel. PC, volume, pan, a starting value for expression. Event list is nice for displaying and tweaking those.
