Default FXChain - an OPTION to save only enabled plug-ins

In sound design I sometimes have 30 plugins on a folder "Master". Most of those come from a template and are just there to turn on and try stuff with quickly. Most of the time though, only a handful are actually enabled.

So I'd love to be able to save an FXChain that wasn't as cluttered as my actual session, that saves only the plugins being used.

Of course I don't want to lose the option of saving the full plug-in chain as we currently do.

  1. Open FX chain list
  2. Select the desired FX with Ctrl+left click
  3. Right-click a currently selected FX
  4. Run command FX chains > Save selected FX as chain

I just save select the FX in the chain I want to save, then save the selected fx to a chain.

If you are worried about resource usage with large chains, just offline them instead of disable them.
