Default Realearn relative mode scailling

I was either wondering if there was a possible way to multiply the the increments each click of an endless rotary encoder moves an effect knob or fader? If not could it be implimented?
As it stands, I have to turn the rotary encoder about 18 times to go from -16dB to +16 db. There is a mode combination that goesat too larger incriments, but the polarity is reversed and it goes backwards. Is there a possibility to add scailling to the realearn assignments such as 1x 2x 3x 4x... 10x?
