Default Making the item/media taller...

...inside the track. Not the track itself, I just want the item/media within the track (squiggly things) taller.

These suggestions work for simultaneously making ALL the tracks taller. But how do I make the item in an individual track/s taller without affecting all the other tracks?

Hi. Not what you asking perhaps but I recently read in this forum if you manually expand it you can then use the "tilde" key to toggle the set height to minimum.

Do I have to? It's a bit embarrassing. Oh well, OK. I was trying to enlarge the tracing before the recording (the pre roll tracing). Kind of hard to make something taller that isn't there. Go ahead and laugh. Haaaaaaaa, haaa, haaa, ha!! Sometimes I can be a genuine, certified, doofus.

Yeah, um, I'd like to know how to do that too!

I only know how to make the waveforms larger/smaller on ALL tracks as well. (I even made the custom action to zoom them with the mousewheel. But again, for all tracks.)

AFAIK, this is not possible on a track-by-track basis. Take Volume (either in Properties or envelope) is about as close as we get, but of course also actually changes the volume.
