Default v594pre1 for linux

I don't know if this is a specific linux window manager problem or a more general one for all builds, so i'll take a punt and add this here for now.

I've added an attachment, and in the pic selected track 2.

1. Note the frame around the track details in wiring doesn't resize to accommodate the selection.

2. In the same frame, there is a blank text line directly under the arrow where i think the midi detail is supposed to be. All tracks, save 4, are record enabled for midi, input monitored, and autoarmed on selection.

Stuff specific to pre-releases should probably go in the pre-release forum in the thread for that version.

Ah yeah for track 2, I see. This is not linux-specific.

Actually almost everything MIDI-related is not done yet for that window.
