Just auto compensating the latency but probably not jitter AFAIK (IOW it's doing it's own loopback/adjust).

Of course any jitter introduced by the outboard device (fluctuating audio and/or Midi latency) or by the USB over Midi adapter can't be detected or compensated. It might even be intentional.

By setting my midi output to -11ms I get perfect time sync of the midi note and the audio returned so I'm very happy atm.
