Default Hiding unused CC from the dropdown list

Is it possible to hide all those rarely used CCs and only show some common ones?
Like having Velocity, Pitch, ModWheel, Volume, Expression, Sustain, Portamento (and other CCs of the user's choice) pinned to the top of the list and if there are some other CCs used in the item, those would be shown right beneath the pinned ones. Everything else should be at the bottom of the list or hidden.
Right click on the CC entry would show a menu with ("Pin/Unpin", "Hide/Show, "Hide unused", "Show All").

Default CC lanes on item

Also could be a right click menu item similarly controling CCs shown on MIDI items in the mainscreen. Sometimes it'd be great to see a few together, like takes, or none.
The SWS/BR actions for exchanging CC markers and envelope points facilitates things like swapping in the volume curve to expression or other CCs temporarily. It could/should be easier to visualize though.
You could keep a few curves lying around in empty CC slots and punch 'em in as needed. . .

I solved this by creating toolbar buttons for my oft-used CC lanes, and mapping them to the number keys. 1 is velocity, 2 is modwheel, 3 is expression, etc. It saves quite some time.
