I really enjoyed this. Great guitar tones. Excellent job making it sound Live.

Do you use real amps or sims?

These tracks were originally recorded for a studio version cover I did a year or two? Ago(link below) which I rearranged for this live version (new vocal track)

For it I used N/I Guitar Rig 5, which was a first for me. I was checking it out and came to a preset title "Black Malcom" which I thought sounded really good and was the inspiration that led to doing the cover. I think there was also an "Angus" lead tone preset but I decided not to use it and instead went with my own flavoring with the hope of making the cover more my own vs. going for a copy or recreation of the original.
Bass is the di and an Ezmix bass Amp sim mixed together.
Drums are EZDrummer2
Crowd noise I ripped from a crowd noise video on YouTube.

Thanks for listening and commenting !!
Appreciate it

Great guitar sound, nice atmosphere, dramatic vocals!
The overall sound is also right.

The background sound of the people there becomes very
annoying over time. Even the beautiful solo is affected
by it.

Yeah after living with it for a few days now I'm in agreement that the crowd noise is mostly irritating.
It works in a few spots but needs to fade out for the majority of song. I'll revisit and post result.

Thanks for checking out !

I'd get rid of the applause. They make the whole thing sound like an early 90s 128k mp3, quality-wise.

Reduced crowd noise- not entirely gone but significantly less prevalent.

Mmmh, your link to version 2 doesn't work.

Is it just too old (5 months ago) or is there
anything else?

May I ask you: Have you obtained permission
to publish from the copyright holders? What agreement
did you make there? Or do you just post the cover version
like this - at a venture?

I don't know if this is the V2 version or another version.

Some legal info regarding covering music protected by copy right and the posting of videos on YouTube of covers of copy righted music.

https://www.legalzoom.com/articles/p...u-need-to-know

I consider my cover song posts to be for educational purposes only and do not intend to infringe on the owners copy right. I don't sell the covers nor have I collected any monies or any other benefits from any cover of copy righted material. I'm not a legal professional and hope not to hear from any on this topic 😬

Yes, thanks for the answer. Let's hope this
kind of "flying under the commercial radar" works.

Indeed.
In a way it would be a form of flattery to have the holder of the copy right take notice and acknowledge the work.
I would most definitely delete the track if asked. I can't imagine how it could be worth the the copy right holder perusing legal action.
But you have brought up a very real and valid point that deserves more research on my end. Thank you
