Default Solo PFL / routing options

Solo PFL: Global option to have solo behave as a pre-fader listen in hardware mixers (i.e. soloed track's level is independent of its fader and solo always ignores routing, e.g. sends, except for other soloed tracks and tracks with solo defeat on).

Routing options: An option to route soloed tracks directly to monitoring FX chain and HW outputs, plus the option to tell HW outputs on the master track whether they are before or after the monitoring FX chain.

See the attached schematic for a better description of what the two routing options would do. The green diamonds in the second schematic are the switching points which the new options would introduce. The first one (marked with a 1) would automatically switch from master inserts to soloed tracks if at least one track is soloed. The second one would be controlled manually in the hardware outputs' configuration window.

This gives a lot more flexibility when monitoring / tracking, mainly when the master track isn't only a source for what the engineer is hearing, but perhaps also a source of a broadcast stream and / or a source for what musicians hear - the ability to solo tracks independent of their fader levels and have them routed through a different hardware output without affecting what the master track is playing would be vital in such scenarios.
