The 4th chord (last chord) sounds like a D/F♯ chord (the 1st inversion of a D major triad). Trying playing F#-A-D and see if that fits.

You could also try: http://www.ibreathemusic.com/forums/ for noob questions.

Transcribing by ear is hardly a noobe item. I gave a listen to the link, ...thought I blew-out my speakers, is there really a chordal structure to this piece?

Just Kiddin..... it sure was noisy. I'll go back to my ii-V-I Jazz Standards now.

That's what I got. I wasn't quite sure if the second chord was C maj or A min.

Not sure either but they're interchangeable - parallel chords (don't know if that's correct expressions in English though )

Ok - Here's what I got - I'm doing this on guitar even though it is played on organ...

1st chord
D (played at the 10 fret and the last 3 strings - so F# on the 11th fret A and D on 10th fret)
Then play E on the 12th fret as a passing tone (making this a D2 Chord)

2nd chord
F (played at the 13th fret - so A on the 14th fret and C and F on 13th fret)

3rd Chord
Am (played on the D,G,B strings - so C at 10th fret, E at 9th fret, A at the 10th fret)
Then play C as a passing tone (on the high E string at the 8th fret)

4th Chord
G (played on the D,G,B,E strings - so B at 9th fret, D at the 7th fret, G at the 8th fret, and B at the 7th fret)

Back to the D chord and it all starts over again.

Default Chords

The proper term for for the relationship of C to Amin is "relative minor" BTW. They are not strictly interchangeable but very closely related and in about every other pop song ever written...
