Two commands on All Opened Project

How could I make a script that:
1- Stop all opened project
2- Show the first currently playing Project

Go to first playing project.lua
Go to last playing project.lua
Go to next playing project.lua
Go to previous playing project.lua

Scripts may work slowly in heavy projects because they use actions Next/Previous project tab (there's no way to switch to necessary project tab immediately)
