normalize many audio files

I want to normalize many audio files in different subfolders to -5dBFS with a batch process. What is the easiest way to do this with Reaper?

I make almost everything in Reaper, but what you ask would typically be an "Audacity" job for me.

Case you don't know it, Audacity is a free, open source, destructive (!) Audio editor.

Define a macro and apply it to your files.
