Default UTC Track

Hi Experts,

I found that Reaper always seems to be able to do the weird stuff I am looking for, for no additional cost and with not too much effort other than finding out how it can be done (enabled by the help from this forum).

This was true for two completely different projects: (1) using Program Change MIDI messages to select complex instruments done with multiples multiple VSTi's and VSTs (and jsfx's) for live playing (enabled by SWS's LiveConfig plus some additional very special Plugins and some sophisticated configuring) and (2) receiving unsynchronized audio streams via a standard Network (enabled by Wormhole 2).

Thanks a lot !!!

Now I have an additional strange task.

I want to record the current date and time (e. g. the UTC second) together with multiple audio tracks.

Is there already a standard solution for tis ?

If not, I hope I can do a jsfx (EEL) that writes the UTC second to a midi track e.g. within a sysex block or by abusing several CCs.

Thanks for any pointers.

-Michael
