Default External audio device not being detected in 4.11

Prior to R4.11 install, my Fender Mustang I amp was detected by Reaper as a ASIO USB input, and now its not being detected.

As a test to see if my connect was bad, I opened Ableton LIVE LE, and the Mustang amp was detected and I was able to record using the amp's USB connection.

Also, Fender uses a 'Fender Universal ASIO' software, which R4.11 detected but doesn't seem to work.

You have selected your Edirol interface for output. Where are your headphones/monitors plugged in?

From the looks of the ASIO4ALL* control panel that should work. Have you selected the correct input in the input menu and is your record monitoring active?

*The Fender driver is basically ASIO4ALL which tries to combine the Amp's USB generic driver and your Edirol interface to a single ASIO device, that's why you can even select inputs and outputs from different devices. Otherwise there can only be one driver model selected in preferences and if that's ASIO, there can be only one ASIO driver active in the system.
