Default Tutorial sites like Groove 3.

My younger bro wants to get into music production. What is currently the hottest and most well-done tutorial site. Youtube is a no-go because he needs something well defined and rigid/cumulative/distraction-free.

Is groove3 still like one of the top dogs? what are some other options?

Spend $15.00 and give your bro a month's subscription to Groove 3.
Let him find out for himself.
Many of the top instructors on their site.
Kenny Gioia has excellent videos series on many topics.
Bill Edstrom is a great instructor.
Eli K is very good.
Groove 3 covers so many different DAWs, plugins.
I would advise you start there.
I highly recommend Groove 3 as your first step in learning music production.
He can branch out from there.

Gimme a break !! Like today's pro golfers ?? Can't swing the club if somebody farts ...

Groove3 is darn good! YouTube offers incredible content .... Kenny G is the bomb !!

Distractable is something neurological. Amygdala angst.

Here's the options as I've researched thus far:
groove3, macprovideo, lynda, noiselab, udemy, Warp Academy, Sonic Academy, Quantize (youtube channel), Point Blank Music School (youtube channel).

Lynda is cool because you can login with your library card for free in many states (including mine).

I've got a few tutorials from https://www.dancemusicproduction.com/

The tutorials are mainly done by Rick Snoman, who also wrote "the dance music manual".

There's some tutorials that cover the basics, eq, delay compression, drums, etc, and some that cover specific genres of dance music.

On the genre specific videos he makes a track from start to finish and does it live without any preplanning.

I love his stuff and wish i could afford them all.
