Sower midi sequencer unavailable to buy?

I was looking for a good midi sequencer for Reaper and i found this gem.
The problem is that i can´t buy it. The registration email to verify my account it's nowhere to be found (i've tried in a hotmail and gmail account).
Im not sure if the plugin's owner is supporting it anymore, but i want it.
Anybody knows anything about this? The free trial it's good but you can´t save settings.
