Default Reaper Crashes / Quit

Hi , since yesterday my reaper crashes when i´m am editing some MIDI. Copy paste, arranging..all that normal stuff. Just quits.

Might be the perfect drums plugin i installed to test, someone else with the same ?

reaper 5.962 x64 / Naughty Seal Perfect Drums 1.5.0

Check your windows event logs for possible clues. Also try opening project without loading plugins (there's a checkbox at the bottom of the open dialogue). If the crashes cease with no plugins running then start enabling plugs one at a time until you find the offender.

Just d/l`d the perfect drums demo & it shows up as a plugin & doesnt crash reaper, but since I cant find the manual which supposedly d/l`d with it, I cant load the demo kit. How did you do it, Pepe?

I took off the perfect drums from the session and some other that i was new to it, keep quiting alone reaper...

I am only using the plugins i always use, for years and no problem. till now.

Look like my internal SATA disk is not very healthy.. maybe the all problem


The perfect drums library was on that disk, all thing i record goes to that disk...i have all my sound libraries on the disk a well. Just open the case and it makes some strange noise...damn this needle disks..

chkdsk /r on d Drive...lets hope i can repair some bad sector, backup all that i have left to backup and buy a new one!

Do NOT interrupt chkdsk repair even if it takes forever. Doing so can render your disk mostly useless. Best to do an image backup first.

Still trying to repair the disk, i have all backed-up . I think the low level format is my only last option.
