How do I manipulate song volume in my situation?

I am kind of new to this....

I have pre-recorded music that I sing to. The song I am using has each instrument on a separate track. I have EQ'd each track to my taste and I am going to be making my own music video for YouTube. I have video editing software so I will need to export my song with volumes fluctuating properly so I can import it into my video editing software.

I will export the music only so I can use it in my video on one audio track. Then, for each video taped angle ( I will have about 4 angles!) I will have the vocals and match those to the music.

What I need is to have the music be louder at the beginning and then lower the volume just before I start singing. Do I do this volume adjustment track by track or do I send all of the music tracks to a single track and adjust the volume on only that one track?

You said you would export the music only, so if your asking about track by track, you are adjusting the volume too soon.

Do that in the video editing software (which can be Reaper, too).

Export a full volume mix without vocals and automate the volume in the final destination.

I just found a video online that shows how to replace the audio of my vocal track from the video I make with the vocal audio from Reaper. (Cool!)
