Default Splitting Axiom keyboard into zones?

I'm using Reaper with a pair of M-Audio Axiom keyboards (a 49 and 61 key). I know you can split the keyboard up and assign different soft synths to different sets of keys.

How do I go about this? I'm working on a song where I'd like to use one soft synth for 2 octaves and another soft synth for another 2 higher octaves.

You can define the splits as zones on the Axiom itself. You can then set the zones to send over different MIDI channels, and in Reaper, you then set the input for different softsynths to those different MIDI channels.

Also have a look at M-Audio's Enigma config software - you can do the zone splits graphically then send them to the keyboards.

I don't see one for 64 bit Windows 7.

Thanks for the link. I've downloaded Enigma and performed that trick. Of course I have no clue how to use this software.

Is there a video lesson that can help me understand how to setup zones in Reaper? Either physically with the keyboard or thru Enigma?
