Recording in midi editor Quickly-No Arrange View

We must learn from studio one or G-stomper by just clicking on piano roll of midi editor the note appears after recording .This way workflow will be a lot more quicker and upto Modern approach style .
Arrange view recording sometimes makes difficult for quick creativity .Although Reaper has more than one way of doing things but here no way out.
There should be preset approach in midi editor to swipe up and down button.
Saving various midi pattern to apply at one go and then choosing it is not yet feasible either through midi editor or Track template by clicking on swipe up and down button rather than opening a big window to choose from .
Some attention is to be given for Reaper to emerge Robust in Modern World.
