Secondary Output Format & Queue Render Buttons

I would much much rather have the secondary output format in the render to file window below the Primary one, as it was before (I believe), rather than in a separate tab. Much faster, and can be checked at a glance. Please :-)

Same for the Queue Render buttons, they used to be all accessible and not in a drop down menu, I thought it was much better, faster.

I use those two functions extensively.
