Default BIOS Settings question

I have been trying to eradicate all clicks and pops from my system. I have managed to get rid of most but there are still some that occur. I'm running windows 10 latest version.

Does anyone have any suggestions here what I could change here to improve stability?

Below is a list of my computer parts and here is a link to screenshots of my BIOS:

Please let me know if there are any relevant pages of settings missing which I should include.

I would really appreciate any suggestions.
thank you!

When you are working, what do you set your buffer settings to? For example, when I track, I set my buffer down to 64 which is as low as I can set it and still work. Once I am done tracking and am editing/mixing, I’ll set the buffer to 1024 or if running over 20 tracks 2056, not because I have to, but I get no clicks or pops that way. Is it the best way to handle this? Probably not, but it works and it’s easy.

I don't use ASRock in my current machines, but your BIOS looks fine. You have all power-saving features disabled and all cores should be running at maximum at all times with Turbo Boost stuff disabled.

I'd try higher buffer like Bjorn said. Though I'm also curious, under what conditions are you getting clicks and pops? More or less empty sessions, or super loaded ones?

The cause of the crackles was because I was using USB extension cables on my audio interface! All fixed now!
