Default Can't unpin windows of the Extension Menu

Hi !

I'm using REAPER v4.77/i386 rev 61ed3c on an iMac under 10.9.5

I start REAPER, with a new session
I select a window, like "Find" in the "Extension" menu.
I clic on the pin icon, at the right of the window bar.
The icon changes to "pined".
I clic again, and the icon stays "pined".
After quitting REAPER and starting a new session, the icon is still pined.

In the "reaper-pinstates.ini" file, there is now a new entry :

a331b939fe621a07=1

Not a very annoying bug anyway !

Interesting.
Let me know if you find a way to have that behavior apply to all Reaper window pins. Because right now we're missing a preference setting to make the default state 'pin down'.

I'm not sure what you want, but this seems to be the present behavior. If I open say, the Action window and the Grouping Matrix, pin them, and Quit, they are both pined the next time I open REAPER.

The "reaper-pinstates.ini" file contains these lines :

[pins]
890688bd8ac2638a=1
b65f0a6e86976e9a=1

If in REAPER I unpin the Action list, the file becomes :

[pins]
890688bd8ac2638a=1
b65f0a6e86976e9a=0

So it seems the preferences for the status of the windows are kept from session to session.

The only problem is REAPER don't let me unpin the windows from the Extension menu...

Regards.
