Position of Envcp_bg .png is not indented for foldered tracks

I would like to indent my envelope lanes slightly. I created one with a black strip down the left-hand side and put a "Power of Pink" corner around it to keep its size constant. When I tried it out it was OK on some tracks but not if the track was in a folder.

It looks like the left-hand edge of the envCP is always set at 0, rather than being indented depending on the folder level. You can try it out with the attached file. The left-hand orange strip should show in every envelope.

In this screenshot you can see that the orange strip, then the blue one are cropped off.



And here, I temporarily removed the 3 folder indentation .png files, You can see that the strips stay in the same place and do not get indented.



The same happens with tcp_bg.png and related files too.

AFAIK neither tcp_bg nor envcp_bg images have ever been indented for folders, just overlaid by the indent image. I'd say FR, not bug.

Nah, it's a bug

The right-hand edge is where it should be, the left-hand edge isn't.

I think the left side is where it is intended to be (not necessarily where it's expected to be) .


But never mind the semantics, I'd like to see the bg images be really indented as well I used to have tcp with some gradient on the left side in 3.x but had to change them for 4.x becaues they won't travel with folder indentation (and I think I asked for that back then, but it drowned in the pretty chaotic 4alpha discussion). Would be nice to get my old panels back and to be able to do a similar edge on envcp backgrounds as well.


EDIT: How time flies Obviously I had to redo the panels for 3.x, not 4.x...
