It could be maybe easier to figure out what it is if we would know what theme that is, or is based on. Those visible yellow lines in corners suggest that somebody edited the whole image, also the yellow lines.

One basic rule with theme image editing; if there are pink and/or yellow lines in the corners/edges of the image, do not touch them at all, unless you know what they are and do.

Check WALTER : A themer's guide, pages 41-43 about them.

Which pngs are corrupted in your example? Maybe some background and/or meter images. You could start from mcp_main images, open them up and see what's going on.

The image is not corrupt, the Yellow/pink lines are setup incorrectly after the image was edited. If you edit images with Yellow/pink lines you need to avoid editing the lines at the same time.

Thanks. but other images are ok. I know about that (yellow lines and pink lines) but i can´t find this image. I´ll try mcp_main images again, like you said. Thanks

Have you tried theme element finder? Actions list, Theme development: Show theme element finder. There you have Find image dropdown list. You can select images from the list, but you could also just select one and then use up/down arrows to scroll through the list. While you do that, corresponding images will be highlighted in the Reaper GUI.

I have had yellow and or pink lines show up when those colors were somehow tinted or shaded away from the 255 or 0 values. It confused me because I could not measure the problem using a color picker in my master file of the artwork, but when I saved a png version some sort of alteration occurred.

In my case, it was likely due to antialiasing causing just enough transparent overlay to shift the color values.

The first thing I would do after identifying which png is displaying the pink or yellow borders is to color-pick each pixel of the pink or yellow to see if each of the pixels is the color value expected.

Good luck.

I'm guessing it's probably one of these, listed in order of likely-hood:

meter_ol_mcp_master.png
meter_ol_mcp.png
meter_ol_h.png

Good suggestion Lucas - but you meant v for vertical, right?

OT
Speaking of meter overlays, I'd like to ask you, do you happen to know if there's an associated overlay for the track master meter (main)? I've tried different file names and looked in the SDK, but so far no luck...

I skimmed the replies and didnt see the exact answer, but maybe you have
the issue solved, at any rate. The problem is the yellow lines must be encapsulated with pink.
See the top left. Put one pixel of pink on the right edge of the yellow line.
Do the same for the bottom right if it is also lacking a pink pixel on either side.
A good tool to have under your belt is a
Thorough understanding of exactly how these lines work.
