Autoselect current region / Region FX

Autoselect current region in order to set loop on/off via midi and Region FX for DJ-like mixing.
I found some similar requests from time to time, so there is a need for this I think. I've tried Ableton Live but it doesn't fit my needs in terms of flexibility and controllabilty.
An Example: I'm setting regions for intr-verse1-chorus1-bridge-chorus2
The regions are in my region playlist in this order.
Now I'm deciding while I'm playing live to expand the bridge up to 2 or 3 times.
With one hit on my controller I could do this, and now I could jam as long as I hit the "Play next region" button. Also with a Region based FX I could create typical DJ-like things which are not affecting the next region.
With those features, Ableton Live would be history for me!
