5 Points to let Media Items shine

I know and use the function Render to(as) new take. But the old take still uses system resources and I have to bybass the fxs manually. A native freeze function would makes live easier. Sure, I could write a action script, but hey I want to make music and this should be natively implemented. Uniform, as with the tracks.
