Seems to be related to Rewire. If you don't need anything related to Rewire, try disabling it?

Okay cool, good spot. I hadn't noticed that in the log. I'll disable Rewire and see where I end up.

Reaper keeps crashing for me when I open the FX window of a track. Any idea how to disable Rewire?

Untick "ReWire mixer support" in Preferences > Plug-ins > ReWire.
