Default 002R+Win7: Standalone ASIO driver?

I recently migrated from Pro Tools and am upgrading my PC. I am wondering if I need to install Pro Tools on the new machine just to get the ASIO driver, or if there is a standalone driver compatible with Windows 7?

If the answer is ASIO4All, does that driver allow me to sync the 002 to an external clock? I clock to a BLA Sparrow.

Thanks

If I remember right I was using driver version 8.0.3 with Win 7 x64 but I can't recall if that was installed with the PT LE8 package or with a separate driver package.

Unfortunately I couldn't get those same drivers to work with Win 8.1 x64 so my 002R is now used for extra pre-amps (bought a UFX and am impressed).

The 002R I have the full modded one has drivers download from digidesign it will run with any Asio compliant DAW that I know of.
Just get the version just before ver for 003 I think.
You do not need to have Protools any version on your computer.
